How to use HelpLook AI to search?

1. Adding your article

You can add articles inside the already created category or subcategory. Suppose you have a blank Knowledge base, then first add a category before you can add an Article.



2. Accessing AI Search

  • From the Knowledge base portal, go to Site settings→AI.
  • Under Site settings, you can find AI Search and Prioritize the display of AI search toggles.
  • Switch them to On.



After completing the above operations, HelpLook AI on the front-end content site will retrieve the content of the entire site and automatically organize the answers and related content links according to the questions raised by the users:

How to use AI ChatBot in HelpLook?
