July Updates | Add New AI Large Models and Batch Add Members

In July, HelpLook introduced a series of new feature upgrades, bringing users the brand-new DouBao AI large model. It also supports batch import/addition of members, streamlining member management in one step and making your team collaboration more efficient.

 

Support for exporting sections as folders

Now, when exporting backups, sections can be exported as folders, making your data organization more orderly and backup restoration easier.

 

New addition of DouBao AI large model

HelpLook has integrated with powerful models such as GPT 3.5/4.0, ERNIE Bot 3.5/AWS large models. Your visitors can easily obtain accurate answers through the AI site search/chat window interface.

As shown, click on Backstage on the left side of the page → AI Configuration, find "Robot Model", and click to choose from GPT-3.5-turbo, GPT-4, GPT-4-Turbo, ERNIE Bot 3.5, claude-3-haiku, claude-3-sonnet, and DouBao large model.

*Using GPT-3.5-turbo, Wenxin Yiyen 3.5, claude-3-haiku, and DouBao large model will consume 1 AI query count per question; using claude-3-sonnet will consume 5 AI query counts per question; using GPT-4-Turbo will consume 10 AI query counts per question; using GPT-4 will consume 20 AI query counts per question

 

Add a new feature to collapse widgets into a sidebar style

Go to  Widget → Settings → Basic Configuration to make widgets more hidden and improve the overall page layout aesthetics.

Authorized login supports batch addition of verified users

Under authorized login, batch addition of verified members is supported. If you want to share access with multiple users at once but do not want to add them one by one, try batch adding verified users.

Authorized login supports the batch addition of verified users, significantly reducing repetitive operations and enhancing work efficiency.

 

Invite Teammates supports batch import of external members

Team management also supports the batch import of members, eliminating the need for frequent and tedious input of member details.

[Optimization]: Support for not displaying "Readers"

If it is an internal knowledge base of an enterprise, displaying read members can promote enterprise communication and collaboration, control the flow of information, and protect the security of sensitive data.

 

First, set the site access permission to verification code access.

Then, readers will be displayed in the article.

If you don't want to show “Readers”, click Settings->Site Settings->Article and choose to turn off the “Show Readers” button.
